mustard coconut fish curry

Instructions
marinate fish with turmeric and salt for 10 minutes. in the meantime make a paste of soaked mustard seeds (2 Tbsp), 2 green chillies and yoghurt (2 Tbsp) in a blender.
heat oil in pan, and shallow fry the fish until both sides turn brown, and set them aside
heat olive oil (54 g) in pan, add nigella seeds (1 Tbsp), shallots (2), garlic (3 cloves) & green chilis (4). sauté for 2 minutes.
add the mustard paste (2 Tbsp) and coconut cream (1 can). sauté for 4 minutes.
add the fish and cilantro to the pan. cook for 3–4 minutes on medium flame.
plate and garnish with coriander and green chili (4).
