  1. bring a pot of water to boil and throw in the soba (2 servings)

  2. heat olive oil (54 g) in pan, add shallots (2), garlic (3 cloves), chili (1) & capers (130 g). cook for 1 minute.

  3. add miso paste (1 Tbsp). thin out with soba water & vinegar from capers. add chopped sardines (1 tin), the soba & stir.

  4. heat butter (1 Tbsp) in another pan, add chili (1) and panko (2 Tbsp). cook for 1 minute.

  5. plate and garnish with the panko, spring onions, sesame seeds and sesame oil (1 Tbsp)
